Annual Meeting and Goals
In support of its mission, ProLEER organizes an annual meeting at Harvard University to bring key international stakeholders together from – academia, civil society, media and government – for a meeting that seeks to:
- Share cutting-edge knowledge and experience in early education;
- Foster collaboration among participating individuals, organizations, and countries in this field; and
- Apply knowledge to drive changes in practice and policy in early education throughout Latin America.
Participants are drawn primarily from eight countries: six across Latin America – Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Mexico and Peru – as well as representatives from the Netherlands, the United States, and other countries chosen annually.
ProLEER Annual Meeting 2014: March 25-28, 2014
In between meetings, country coordinators seek to promote informed dialogue on issues of national importance and to facilitate ongoing collaboration with participants across the ProLEER network.
